Friday night I got an all-company email from our Chief Inclusion and Diversity officer, crying about racism and a lack of justice in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.

And not two days later, a crazed driver mows down innocent children marching in a Christmas parade and I hear crickets. Nothing from our CEO either.
