I Made Gazpacho!

Ever since this one time – like 30 yrs ago – that we went to my moms cousins house and she made gazpacho, it has been like my long-lost beverage. Kinda like shark fin soup, except for a little more real. Had it from sizzler every now and then. They even had it at zoup once.

Ive basically been consuming pico de gallo out of a beer mug ever since then because it is just so delicious. And now, I have no more excuses. I will be drinking this for a few weeks probably – thats how much i made. Hope there is enough room in the fridge for the 3 gallons of milk that the kids drink…

Hopefully my vitamins don’t go off the chart from drinking all these veggies. Hopefully I dont convince myself this was a bad idea. I took a small taste, mild salsa ish. Maybe needs some salt, hot sauce or Worcestershire. Will let it steep in the fridge and locate some antacids – im sure all those tomatos will need it!
